1 - سياسة الخصوصية / Privacy Policy

1.1 - مقدمة / Overview

شركة اموال فلو (ويشار إليها لاحقاً بـ "الشركة" أو "نحن")، تهدف إلى تقديم خدماتها لعملائها (ويشار إليهم لاحقاً بـ "المستخدم" أو " العميل ") من خلال القنوات الإلكترونية المتاحة، تصف هذه السياسة أنواع المعلومات التي قد نجمعها منك أو التي قد تقدمها ("البيانات الشخصية")، بالإضافة إلى الخدمات المرتبطة بها ("الخدمات") وكيف نجمع ونستخدم ونخزن ونحمي ونكشف عن بياناتك الشخصية. نحن نأخذ خصوصيتك على محمل الجد وملتزمون بالحفاظ عليها بكل سرية وأمان. كما تصف السياسة خياراتك بشأن كيفية استخدام بياناتك الشخصية وكيف يمكنك الاطلاع عليها وتعديلها. تتوافق هذه السياسة مع "نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية" في الإمارات العربية المتحدة.


AMWALFLOW (hereinafter referred to as the “Company” or “we”), intended to provide its clients (hereinafter referred to as the “User” or “Client”) with services via an accessible e-channels, noting that the company does not collect personal information related to the user in visiting any of its e-channels. This policy describes the types of information that we may collect from you or that you may submit ("Personal data"), as well as the services that are associated with it ("Services") and how we collect, use, store, protect, and disclose your Personal data. We take your privacy seriously and are dedicated to keeping it safe and secure. The policy also describes your options on how we use your personal data and how you can view and amend it. This Policy complies with the "Personal Data Protection Law" of the UNITED ARAB EMIRATES.


1.2 - التغييرات على سياسة الخصوصية/ Amendments of Privacy Policy


يرجى الأخذ بعين الاعتبار أننا نقوم بمراجعة سياسة الخصوصية هذه دورياً وقد نُجري عليها بعض التغييرات، والتي تعتبر سارية فور نشر السياسة الجديدة مع تاريخ النفاذ الجديد. ويُعتبَر دخولك الموقع بعد إجراء أي تغييرات موافقةً مسبقة منك على سياسة الخصوصية المعدّلة وأية تغييرات فيها، احرص على زيارة موقعنا بشكل دوري للتأكد من معرفتك بأحدث نسخة من سياسة الخصوصية.

Please note that the Company reviews its Privacy Policy periodically, which may go through some amendments effective immediately upon posting the new version followed with an effective date. Accessing the site after such an amendment is considered prior approval of the amended privacy policy including all changes therein. 2 - تعريفات / Definitions

1.2 - رمز الدخول / Access code

رمز الدخول: هو البريد الإلكتروني الشخصي مع كلمة السر (حسب مقتضى الحال).

Access code: It is the customer's personal mail address , along with a password (as the case may be).



2.2 - المعلومات الشخصية / Personal information

المعلومات الشخصية هي معلومات (سواء كانت صحيحةً أم لا، وسواء كانت مدونةً في شكل مادي أم لا) تتعلق بهوية أي فرد - ظاهر الهوية - أو يمكن تأكيدها بدرجة معقولة من تلك المعلومات.


Personal information is (whether true, false, materially entered or recorded) the information related to the personal identity or reasonably be ascertained and confirmed by such information.

3.2 - استخدام ملفات تعريف الارتباط / " Use of web trends "cookies

Cookies are the text files that are transferred to the hard disc by a web page server, in case the web browser is designed to accept cookies. However, the browser may choose how and when to accept cookies based on browser configuration. Cookies work by storing data related to browsing history and the way the site is used, and it is possible to retrieve by the web server. Commonly, we use cookies to determine the login history to our website, but we cannot track data about a specific user nor can we identify the user. The use of this technology allows us to collect some data, such as how many people use our website and how they navigate within.

3 - الغرض من هذه الاتفاقية / Purpose of the agreement

أ. حصول العميل على معاملة عادلة بشفافية وصدق وأمانة.

ب. حصول العميل على الخدمات والمنتجات المالية بكل يسر وسهولة وبتكلفة مناسبة و جودة عالية.

ت. تهدف سياسة الخصوصية هذه إلى مساعدتك على فهم ماهية المعلومات التي نجمعها وسبب جمعنا لها، وكذلك طريقة تحديث معلوماتك وتصديرها وحذفها.

ث. إن مخاوفك واهتمامك بشأن سرية وخصوصية البيانات تعتبر مسألة في غاية الأهمية بالنسبة لنا. ونأمل أن يتم تحقيق ذلك من خلال هذه السياسة.

  1. For the client to enjoy a fair, transparent, and honest transaction.
  2. Accessing the financial services and products easily and at an appropriate cost and quality.
  3. This Privacy Policy is to help understand the nature and reasons for collecting information, how to update, export, and delete your information.
  4. Your concerns and worries regarding the confidentiality and privacy of your data is of utmost importance to us, and we aim to achieve that with this policy.

4 - تطبيق السياسة / Execution of the policy

تلتزم الشركة بإحترام خصوصية المستخدم، وحماية أي معلومات شخصية تحصل عليها و/أو تستخدمها كجزء من عملية جمع البيانات و/أو المعلومات الشخصية التي يقدمها المستخدم عند استخدامه لأي من خدمات الشركة عن طريق أي من قنواتها الإلكترونية، وسيتم جمع هذه المعلومات الشخصية و/أو استخدامها وفقاً لسياسة الخصوصية هذه.

The company is committed to respecting the user's privacy and protecting all and every personal information obtained and/or used as part of the process of collecting data/information, when provided by the users for using any of the company's services, via any of its e-channels. This personal information is collected and used in accordance with this Privacy Policy.



5 - المعلومات الشخصية ومعالجتها / Processing personal information

1.5 - تفاصيل المعلومات الشخصية التي يتم جمعها / Details about collected personal information

المعلومات التي يتم جمعها قد تحتوي على بعض المعلومات الشخصية مثل:

أ. تفاصيل حول الحسابات، الملفات الشخصية، و جهات الاتصال. مثل رقم هاتفك، عنوان بريدك الإلكتروني، عنوانك البريدي، اسمك الأول و اسم عائلتك، ورقم الهوية، وبعضها قد يختلف بناءً على الميزات التي تستخدمها.

ب. المعلومات المتعلقة بتعاملاتك مع الشركة، أو مع الشركات التابعة لنا أو مع أطراف أخرى، وأرصدة حساباتك، ودخلك ، وتاريخ مدفوعاتك ، والموقع، ونشاط حسابك ، ومعلومات مالية أخرى.

ت. أي معلومات تود تقديمها. يمكنك أن تقرر ما إذا كنت ستقدم لنا المزيد من البيانات الشخصية.

The collected information may include some personal information, such as:

          1. Details about accounts, profiles, and contacts, such as your phone number, email address, postal address, first and last names, and ID, some of which can vary based on the features you use.

          2. Information related to all transactions made with the Company, affiliates or third parties, including account balances, income, payment history, location, activity and other financial information.

          3. Any information you would like to provide. You can decide whether to give us more personal data.

          4. Geographical data. For example, your exact or estimated location based on your IP address, the GPS on your phone or other device, or any data you provide to us based on your device settings. If you allow this through your device permissions or settings, we might also gather this data when you're not using the app.

          2.5 - الإحتفاظ بالبيانات و حقوق المستخدم / Data maintenance and user rights 

          تحتفظ الشركة بالبيانات الخاصة بالمستخدم طالما تم تقديمها بالملف التعريفي، ويمكن للمستخدم في أي وقت تعديل أو حذف تلك المعلومات من خلال إعدادات حساب المستخدم. كما يوافق المستخدم على إمكانية وصول الشركة إلى تلك البيانات، وإتاحة معالجتها، والاحتفاظ بها وفقاً لسياسة الخصوصية هذه. في بعض الأحيان، قد تحتاج الشركة إلى تواصل مباشر مع المستخدم عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو أرقام التواصل لمناقشة بعض التفاصيل اللازمة لمعالجة بعض الخدمات أو المنتجات التي تقدمها الشركة.

          The company maintains the data as provided in the profile, and the user can at any time modify or delete this information by using the account setting option. The user also agrees that the Company may access, process, and retain such data in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Sometimes, the company may communicate directly with the user via email or contact numbers to discuss necessary details to process certain services or products.

          3.5 - حقوق الشركة في جمع وتخزين المعلومات / Company rights to collect and store information 

          تحتفظ الشركة بحقها في جمع المعلومات الشخصية للمستخدم كالإسم، العنوان، رقم الهاتف، وعنوان البريد الإلكتروني. كما أن الشركة قد تحتفظ بالبيانات، معلومات التعاملات، و ملف المستخدم الشخصي كعنوان IP، نطاق الإنترنت، المتصفح، أو وكيل المستخدم، أو أي معلومات ذات علاقة تُستخدم كجزء من عملية جمع البيانات، بما في ذلك الكوكيز أو أي معلومات أخرى يقدمها المستخدم.

          The company reserves the right to collect the user's personal information including name, address, phone number, and email address. The company may store data, transaction information, and profile, such as IP, domain, browser, user agent, or any other relevant information used as part of the data collection process, including cookies or information provided by the user.

          4.5 - طلب الوصول إلى المعلومات / Information access application

          مع مراعاة بعض الاستثناءات، يحق للمستخدم الوصول إلى المعلومات الشخصية التي تحتفظ بها شركة أموال فلو . يمكن للمستخدم أن يطلب تصحيح أو تحديث هذه المعلومات. وفي مثل هذه الحالات، يتعين على الشركة التحقق من هوية المستخدم أو أي شخص آخر مخول للوصول لضمان عدم توفير المعلومات لأي شخص غير مصرح له بالاطلاع عليها.

           Subject to certain exceptions, the client may access personal information maintained by AMWALFLOW. The client may request to update, correct, or modify this information. In such cases, the company will need to verify the identity of any client or authorized party requesting access to ensure that information is not provided to unauthorized persons.

          5.5 - استثناءات للوصول إلى المعلومات الشخصية / Exceptions for personal information access

          في بعض الظروف المحدودة، قد لا نتمكن من تقديم المعلومات الشخصية للمستخدم، بما في ذلك:

          أ. إذا كان الكشف عن المعلومات محظورًا بموجب القانون أو من قبل سلطة حكومية أو تنظيمية أو قضائية.

          1. When it is prohibited to disclose the information by law or by a governmental, regulatory, or judicial authority.
          2. If the information relates to ongoing or expected legal claims.
          3. If disclosure violates the privacy of others or constitutes a threat to their privacy.
          4. If disclosure has effects on competition.
          5. If sharing the information would disclose sensitive commercial or operational decision-making information.

          6.5 - تحديث المعلومات الشخصية / Updating personal information

          إذا كان لدينا معلومات دقيقة عنك، فإنها تمكننا من أن نقدم لك أفضل خدمة ممكنة. لذلك، يُرجى التواصل معنا في حال تغيير أي من المعلومات الشخصية التي زودتنا بها أو إذا كانت المعلومات الحالية غير دقيقة أو غير مكتملة أو قديمة.

          Having accurate information about the client enables us to provide the best possible service. Therefore, please contact us if any of your provided personal information changes or is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.

          There are many contact points that would assist us in collecting your data, including but not limited to:

          1. Application forms or other forms the client fills out for AMWALFLOW.
          2. By establishing the relationship to benefit from the service – using our services, becoming a customer and benefiting from our products.
          3. Phone conversations with our representative are subject to recording to ensure accuracy, security, and quality of service, and for training and internal regulations purposes. Similarly, the client acknowledges that visiting our office entails recording the visit via the surveillance camera recording systems installed in the buildings for security purposes. AMWALFLOW also agrees to record your visit and keeps the records.
          4. Sharing information: by completing a form and submitting it to our website, mobile app, email, social media, or by calling our customer center or participating in promotional campaigns.
          5. Social Media Interactions: Any posts, interactions, or communications you make with us directly via social media channels.
          6. Browsing pattern: data about how you explore our website, time of visit, internet browser types, and how you were referred to our website.
          7. Surveys: Online web surveys that enable us to collect opinions on topics. For example, what you like and do not like about the expression and impression of our website and mobile app. The valuable feedback enables us to improve the quality of services we provide you as an organization.
          8. Personally from you, your authorized proxy, or legal representative.

          7 - هدفنا من جمع المعلومات الشخصية / purpose of collecting personal information

          3.8 - تقديم خدمات الدفع / Provide payment services

          تُستخدم المعلومات الشخصية لتمكين أطراف ثالثة من استخدام خدمات الدفع أو تفويضها لاستخدامها، مثل:

          أ‌. اكتشاف ومنع غسيل الأموال والاحتيال وإساءة الاستخدام وحوادث الأمن، فضلاً عن إجراء تقييمات المخاطر.

          ب‌. الامتثال للالتزامات القانونية والامتثالية، مثل لوائح مكافحة غسيل الأموال وإنفاذ العقوبات.

          ت‌. فرض شروط الدفع وسياسات الدفع الأخرى.

          Personal information is used to enable, or authorize third parties to use, Payment Services, such as to:

          1. Detect and prevent money laundering, fraud, abuse, and security incidents, as well as conduct risk assessments.
          2. Comply with legal and compliance obligations, such as anti-money laundering regulations and sanctions enforcement.
          3. Enforce the Payment Terms and other payment policies.
          4. Provide and improve Payment Services.

          9 - الإفصاح لجهات خارجية / Disclosure to third parties

          1.9 - شروط الإفصاح / Disclosure conditions

          تلتزم شركة أموال فلو بعدم الإفصاح أو مشاركة معلومات عملائها لأي جهات خارجية إلا بموافقة من العميل أو وفقاً للقوانين والتشريعات المعمول بها في الإمارات العربية المتحدة، إلا في الحالات التالية:

          أ‌. بأوامر من السلطات المختصة في الإمارات أو أي محكمة، أو أي جهة حكومية، أو تنظيمية للامتثال لأي التزامات ومتطلبات صادرة عن جهات قانونية وتنظيمية داخل الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

          ب‌. الأطراف الأخرى التي يجيز لنا أو يفرض علينا النظام الكشف لها عن المعلومات.

          ت‌. طاقم المحاسبين ومراجعي الحسابات والمحامين لدينا وغيرهم من الاستشاريين المهنيين.

          ث‌. تسوية ورقة مالية والتحقق من عملية الدفع.

          ج‌. المؤسسات المالية الأخرى مثل البنوك.

          ح‌. أي جهة لحماية شركة أموال فلو من الدعاوى القانونية أو الإدارية والالتزامات التي تنشأ بسبب معلومات غير دقيقة أو غير صحيحة تقدمها شركة أموال فلو نيابة عنك.

          خ‌. أي مزود للخدمة نكلفه بتنفيذ وظائفنا و أنشطتنا أو غير ذلك بمساعدتنا في تيسير أعمالنا.

          د‌. أي وكيل تحصيل ديون أو جهة مرخصة بتقديم خدمة المعلومات الائتمانية أو شركة تأمين.

          ذ‌. أي عضو في المجموعة أو أي مزود خدمة مرتبط بأي عضو بغرض تزويدك بالمنتجات أو الخدمات، وتحسين منتجاتنا وخدماتنا وتجربتك عبر قنواتنا، والترويج لمنتجات وخدمات الاستثمار المالي الجديدة التي قد تهمك.

          ر‌. قد يتم التواصل معك و/أو إرسال إشعارات إليك عبر قنوات مختلفة مثل الرسائل القصيرة (SMS) و/أو البريد الإلكتروني و/أو الهاتف فيما يتعلق بمنتجاتنا وخدماتنا.

          AMWALFLOW undertakes not to disclose or share clients' information with any third parties without prior consent of the client, or in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in United Arab Emirates, except for the following conditions:

          1. Following orders issued by competent authorities in the United Arab Emirates, or by any court, governmental or regulatory body, to comply with any legal and regulatory obligations within the United Arab Emirates.
          2. Other parties to whom the law allows or requires us to disclose information.
          3. Our accountants, auditors, lawyers, and other professional consultants and staff.
          4. For verifying payment processes.
          5. Other financial institutions such as banks.
          6. Any party to protect AMWALFLOW from any legal or administrative claims and obligations that arise due to inaccurate or incorrect provided information, or provided by AMWALFLOW on behalf of a client.
          7. Any service provider whom we assign to carry out our functions and activities or otherwise assist us in facilitating our business.
          8. Any debt collection agent, licensed entity to provide credit information services, or an insurance company.
          9. Any member of the group or any service provider associated with providing clients with products or services, improving our products, services, and experience through our channels, and promoting new financial investment products and services that may be of interest.
          10. Contacted and/or notified via various communication channels such as SMS, e-mail, and/or telephone in connection with our products and services.

          2.9 - الوصول إلى المعلومات الشخصية / Access to personal information

          تقيّد شركة أموال فلو مسؤولية الدخول إلى معلومات العميل الشخصية على فريق محدد من الموظفين المؤهلين ولأسباب عملية محددة للاستخدام، ويعي موظفونا بأهمية المحافظة على سرية وخصوصية هذه المعلومات. كما اعتمدت أموال فلو إجراءات محددة لحماية المعلومات الشخصية للعملاء إلكترونياً ومادياً تتوافق مع لوائح الشركة والممارسات المتعارف عليها بين الشركات في قطاع الاستثمار. وتبقى سياسة الخصوصية صالحة بغض النظر عن كون العميل متصلاً بالإنترنت أو لم يكن.

          AMWALFLOW Company restricts the responsibility of accessing the client's personal information to a specific team of qualified employees and for specific practical reasons for use, and our employees are aware of the importance of maintaining the confidentiality and privacy of this information. AMWALFLOW has also adopted specific procedures to protect customers' personal information electronically and physically in line with the company's regulations and the accepted practices within the investment sector. The privacy policy remains valid regardless of whether the client is online or not.

          تتبع الشركة والعاملون فيها سياسة أمن معلومات شاملة وصارمة. ولا يتاح إلا للمخولين فقط بالوصول إلى المعلومات الشخصية التعريفية وقد تعهد هؤلاء الموظفون بتأمين سرية هذه المعلومات وفقا للأنظمة المعمول بها في الإمارات العربية المتحدة. ومع ذلك، ستبقى جميع المعلومات الشخصية فقط وحصرياً لاستخدام الشركة، وتحسين تجربة المستخدم، ومساعدة فرق العمل الداخلية في فهم الاحتياجات الفردية، واتجاهات الأعمال بغرض تحسين المنتجات والخدمات المقدمة من قبل الشركة. مع العلم أن المعلومات الشخصية لن تباع إلى أي طرف آخر تحت أي مسمى أو غرض.

          The company applies a comprehensive and strict information security policy.           تؤكد الشركة على حقوق الملكية لكامل محتوى قنواتها الإلكترونية، وأن تلك الحقوق محفوظة بالطرق النظامية، وسوف يتمّ اتّخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة تجاه أي انتهاك لهذه الحقوق.

          لضمان حماية البيانات الشخصية للمستخدم، تقوم الشركة بتخزين كافة المعلومات والبيانات الشخصية على خادم آمن وتسعى لاستخدام إجراءات مصمّمة لحماية المعلومات والبيانات الشخصية من الوصول العشوائي أو غير المصرح به أو إتلافها، أو استخدامها، أو تعديلها، أو الإفصاح عنها. وتعمل الشركة لحفظ المعلومات والبيانات الشخصية بطريقة سرية وآمنة وفقًا لسياسة الخصوصية هذه، فضلاً عن ضمان تطبيق الإجراءات التقنية والتنظيمية اللازمة لمنع تلف غير مقصود، أو غير قانوني، أو فقدان غير مقصود، أو إفصاح أو دخول غير مصرّح به أو أي شكل آخر من الاستخدام غير القانوني. على الرغم من أن الشركة تسعى لاتخاذ كافة التدابير الأمنية المعمول بها تجاريًا بالنسبة للتعامل مع كافة البيانات الشخصية، يقر ويوافق المستخدم على أن الشركة لا تتحكم في نقل المعلومات أو البيانات عبر موقعها الإلكتروني (قنواتها الإلكترونية) و/أو التطبيق أو من خلال أي وسائط إلكترونية أو إعلامية أخرى.

          قد تحتوي قنوات الشركة الإلكترونية على روابط تربط المستخدم بمواقع أخرى، وعليه، فإن الشركة لا تتحمل أي مسؤولية عن أي مواقع إلكترونية أخرى أو عن ممارسات الخصوصية التي تتبعها تلك المواقع غير التابعة للشركة أو أي محتوى أو طرق معالجة هذه المواقع للمعلومات الخاصة بزوارها أو مستخدميها. يجب على المستخدم الاطلاع على سياسات الخصوصية لكافة المواقع الإلكترونية التي يتم زيارتها لمعرفة طرق تعاملها مع البيانات الشخصية للمستخدم.

          The e-channels related to the company may contain links to link the user with other websites, and accordingly, the company bears no responsibility for any other websites or privacy practices of those websites or any content or methods used to process the information of visitors or users on these websites. The user shall review the privacy policies of all visited websites to know how they handle personal data.

          12 - المخاطر المرتبطة باستخدام الإنترنت وأجهزة الحاسوب / Risks Associated with Internet and Computers

           1.12 -وعي العميل بالمخاطر و المتطلبات الأمنية / Customer awareness of security risks and requirements

          1.1.12 هناك أخطار كبيرة مرتبطة باستخدام الإنترنت لإجراء التعاملات بما فيها التعاملات المالية وعمليات تناول الأوراق المالية.
          2.1.12 إنك تقر بأن أي شخص يحصل على رقم تعريفك الشخصي أو الرقم السري أو كلمات السر أو رمز الدخول حسب مقتضى الحال (ويشار إلى كل هذه الوسائل برمز الدخول) يعتبر مفوضاً من قبلك ويمكن له أن ينفذ تعاملات على حسابك (حساباتك). ولذلك فإن من الضروري جدا أن تحرص على حماية رمز الدخول الخاص بك.
          3.1.12 انت، بصفتك مالك للحساب -بعد استكماله-، تقر بأنك تتحمل مسؤولية أي تعاملات أو عمليات تتم في حال تم استخدام رمز الدخول الصحيح لذلك الحساب. ولذلك، يجب عليك ألا تكشف عن رمز الدخول الخاص بك إلى أي طرف آخر سواء كان من أسرتك أو أصدقائك أو من غيرهم.
          4.1.12 كذلك يجب عليك عدم استخدام أجهزة الحاسوب العامة لإجراء التعاملات المالية و/ أو عمليات تناول الأوراق المالية أو جهاز حاسوب يحتوي على برامج، مثل برامج التجسس "سباي وير" التي قد تستطيع كشف رموز الدخول و / أو المعلومات الشخصية، علما بأن شركة أموال فلو لن تتحمل أي مسؤولية عن أي خسائر قد تتكبدها نتيجة لذلك.
          5.1.12 استخدم متصفح آمن عند قيامك بإنجاز المعاملات عبر الإنترنت مع إغلاق التطبيقات غير المستخدمة، وتأكد من أن برامج الحماية من الفيروسات فعّالة ومحدثة على الدوام.
          6.1.12 الرجاء مراعاة الشروط والأحكام والمتطلبات الأمنية الخاصة باستخدام موقعنا من أجل حماية نفسك من الدخول غير المصرح به، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر:
          أ‌. التأكد من حماية وأمن جميع رموز الدخول المعطاة لك و للمستخدمين المصرح لهم من طرفك.
          ب‌. إتلاف أي وثائق تحتوي على رموز الدخول الخاصة بك.
          ت‌. محاولة حفظ رموز الدخول الخاصة بك عن ظهر قلب وعدم الكشف عنها لأي شخص.
          ث‌. إبلاغنا فورا إذا انتابك شك بأنه قد تم اختراق أي رمز من رموز الدخول الخاص بك أو أن معلوماتك الشخصية أو المالية قد انكشفت أو تم استخدامها بطريقة احتيالية.
          ج‌. مسح مخابئ المتصفح بعد إجراء أي عملية تتضمن استخدام معلومات شخصية.
          ح‌. التأكد من عدم ترك جهاز (اجهزة) الحاسوب الخاصة بك أو الوثيقة (الوثائق) التي تحتوي على معلومات شخصية بعيدة عن مراقبتك وأن تقوم بتسجيل الخروج بعد كل مرة تدخل فيها إلى معلوماتك الشخصية.
          خ‌. عدم الدخول إلى مواقع الإنترنت المشبوهة وأن تحرص على تحديث برامج مكافحة الفيروسات وبرامج الحماية على جهازك وأنظمة الحاسوب.

           
          12.1.1 There are significant risks associated with using the internet in transactions, including financial and money-related issues.
          12.1.2 The user acknowledges that whoever obtains the personal identification number, passwords, or access code is solely authorized by the user to carry out transactions on your account(s). Therefore, it is very important that the user shall take care to protect the personal access code.
          12.1.3 As the owner of the account, the user acknowledges bearing the full and entire responsibility for any transactions or operations that take place using the correct access code for that account. Therefore, you must not disclose your access code to any other party, whether it is your family, friends, or others.
          12.1.4 The user also shall refrain from using public computers for financial transactions and/or dealing with money-related matters, or using infected computers or those containing spyware that may reveal access codes and/or personal information, noting that AMWALFLOW will not assume liability for any losses you may incur as a result.
          12.1.5 Please use a secure browser when performing online transactions, close all unused applications, and ensure that your antivirus software is active and up to date.
          12.1.6 Please observe the terms, conditions, and security requirements for using our site to protect yourself from unauthorized access, including but not limited to the following:
          a. Ensure that all Access Codes provided to you and to your authorized users are protected and secure.
          b. Destroy any documents containing your access codes.
          c. Memorize your Access Codes and do not disclose them to anyone.
          d. Notify us immediately if you suspect that any of your access code(s) have been hacked, or that personal or financial information has been exposed or used illegally.
          e. Clear browser caches after performing any operation involving the use of personal information.
          f. Ensure that your computer(s) or document(s) containing personal information are not left unattended, and log out after each time you access your personal information.
          g. Refrain from accessing suspicious websites and ensure that antivirus and security programs are updated on your device and computer systems.

          Social media, such as, for example, but not limited to, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn,YouTube , enable users to share some personal information. They may request services or inquiries from one of AMWALFLOW's accounts on social media apps. Therefore, the user acknowledges that any information shared related to AMWALFLOW accounts makes it available to the rest of the participants on social media networking sites, such as pictures, information, opinions, or any other personal information, which will be subject to the terms and conditions of privacy policies of those sites. We advise users to review and fully understand the associated rights and obligations. Additionally, when visiting or communicating online using AMWALFLOW accounts, users shall acknowledge commitment to this privacy policy for AMWALFLOW.

          13 - حقوقك / Your Rights

          وفقًا للقوانين المعمول بها، يجوز لك ممارسة أي من الحقوق الموضحة في هذا القسم التي توضح تفاصيل الطلبات المتعلقة بحقوق أصحاب البيانات وكيفية تقديمها. قبل المضي قدمًا في طلبك، قد نطلب منك تأكيد هويتك وطلبك.

          14 - إجراءات الشكاوى / Complaints Procedures

          يحق لك تقديم شكوى إذا كنت تعتقد أنه تم انتهاك خصوصية المعلومات التي تم مشاركتها مع الشركة وسوف نرد على الشكوى في أقرب وقت ممكن، ونعمل على معالجتها خلال سبعة أيام عمل. وفي حال تعذر علينا ذلك، فسوف نتواصل معك خلال هذه الفترة لإخبارك بمقدار الوقت الذي تستغرقه معالجة الشكوى، كذلك يمكنك إرسال الشكوى إلينا على عنوان البريد الإلكتروني التالي : support@amwalflow.com

          1.15 يقر المستخدم ويتعهد بأن الشركة وأي من شركاتها التابعة أو المالكة لا تقدم أي ضمان من أي نوع كان فيما يتعلق بالتحكم بالمعلومات الشخصية، أو جمعها، أو تصحيحها، أو الوصول إليها أو معالجتها، أو استخدامها، أو تخزينها، أو حمايتها، أو نقلها أو فيما يتعلق بوجود أو فعالية أي إجراءات أمنية تتخذها. ويوافق المستخدم على أن الشركة لن تتحمل المسؤولية عن أي مطالبات أو خسائر أو أضرار من أي نوع قد تنتج عن الوصول، أو الإفصاح، أو الاستخدام، أو التعديل بواسطة أي طرف مصرح أو غير مصرح له أو عن إدخال فيروسات أو برمجيات أو أي عوامل أخرى مضرة وما ينتج عن ذلك من تأثيرات على البيانات الشخصية المخزنة في أي من قنواتها الإلكترونية.
          2.15 تحت أي ظرف من الظروف، لن تتحمل الشركة وأي من موظفيها، أو مسؤوليها، أو مديريها، أو الجهات التي تتعامل معها أية مسؤولية تجاه المستخدم أو تجاه أي شخصٍ آخر عن أي تكاليف أو أضرار (بما في ذلك أي أضرار خاصة، أو غير مقصودة، أو تأديبية أو غير مباشرة أو لاحقة)، أو أي مسؤولية من أي نوع، تنشأ أو تنتج عن جمع معلومات شخصية أو استخدامها أو نقلها أو معالجتها أو تخزينها كنتيجة لدخول المستخدم لأي من قنواتها الإلكترونية.
          3.15 تحتفظ الشركة بالحق في إجراء أي تعديل طفيف أو جذري لشروط سياسة الخصوصية هذه من وقت لآخر.
          4.15 تكون كافة النزاعات المتعلقة بسياسة الخصوصية هذه بسبب استخدام أي من القنوات الإلكترونية للشركة وأي من الخدمات المقدمة من خلالها، خاضعة للقوانين والأنظمة ذات العلاقة في الإمارات العربية المتحدة، وتكون المحاكم والجهات القضائية المختصة بالإمارات العربية المتحدة هي صاحبة الاختصاص في النظر بالنزاعات وفقاً لسياسة الخصوصية هذه.

          15.1 The User acknowledges and undertakes that the Company, or owners make no warranty of any kind regarding the control, collection, correction, access, process, use, storage, protection, or transfer of personal information regarding the existence or effectiveness of any security measures. The User agrees that the Company shall not be liable for any claims, losses, or damages of any kind that may result from access, disclosure, use, or modification by any authorized or unauthorized party, or due to viruses, software, or any other harmful factors and the resulting effects on the stored personal data in any of its e-channels.
          15.2 Under no circumstances will the Company, owners, employees, directors, or parties dealing with it have any liability to the user or to any other person for any costs or damages (including any special, unintentional, punitive, indirect, or consequential damages), or any liability of any kind, arising or resulting from the collection, use, transfer, processing, or storage of personal information as a result of access to any of its e-channels.
          15.3 The Company reserves the right to make any minor or major modification to the terms of this Privacy Policy from time to time.
          15.4 All disputes related to this Privacy Policy, the use of e-channels, and any of the provided services are subject to the relevant laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates, and the competent courts and authorities in the United Arab Emirates shall have the jurisdiction to settle the disputes in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
